I called YS Lock & Keys this morning because we couldn’t find the keys to our patio french door and Max their wonderful technician was very responsive and answered directly all my questions abbot how much it cost to repair it and if it cannot be fixed how much it will cost to replace it with a new one. Max was very informative and honest and quoted his price for both scenarios, then he was able to set up an appointment for later that same day, and when he came he was able to repair the lock in about 20 minutes. I’m very satisfied with the service and surely grateful for Max, thanks again!
