Jack from YS Lock & Keys was very responsive and called me back immediately after I left a message on their website contact form, he was able to set up an appointment for the same day and showed up exactly on time. I appreciated his honesty when he said that my new home locks are in great condition and it would be much cheaper to rekey them instead of replacing them, then he managed to complete the job within the hour and he did an outstanding work, highly recommend!
