I lost the key to my safe and I called YS Locks & Keys and reached Lauren, she asked me to send picture of the safe and gave me price. She promised the technician will be at my house in 1 hour and he was on time. He opened the safe and also look at my front door lock and replace it because it make a little bit problem.
