Vinnie and his apprentice which I can't remember his name did an amazing job fixing an emergency push bar lock and also rekeying 5 other commercial lever handles at my business. They were quick and efficient and it was a pleasure to watch them work. I wish all service providers I work with were as professional as they are. They were able to send Jack the same day I called and he was able to fix the problem by rekeying it.
