Yosef was totally amazing, very responsive and very helpful, he changed our store front door mortise lock cylinder after the key got stuck inside it, he showed up within 30 minutes and managed to extract the broken piece with a special tool, and made me 3 extra key copies tight there on the spot, as we requested, excellent service totally recommended.

My key broke off inside the front door deadbolt lock, the was old and won out and because of that barely turned, I guess I used too much force this time and unfortunately it snapped. Jude from YS Lock & Keys was very professional and he managed to remove it and fix the cylinder without replacing the entire lock, very honest and totally affordable service, highly recommended!
