I had Max their technician changing the locks for my in-law unit after the last tenant left them in a poor condition and his price and his work were absolutely amazing! Jack from YS Lock & Keys was very responsive and called me back immediately after I left a message on their website contact form, he was able to set up an appointment for the same day and showed up exactly on time. I appreciated his honesty when he said that my new home locks are in great condition and it would be much cheaper to rekey them instead of replacing them, then he managed to complete the job within the hour and he did an outstanding work, highly recommend!

I called YS Lock & Keys this morning because we couldn't find the keys to our patio french door and Max their wonderful technician was very responsive and answered directly all my questions abbot how much it cost to repair it and if it cannot be fixed how much it will cost to replace it with a new one. Max was very informative and honest and quoted his price for both scenarios, then he was able to set up an appointment for later that same day, and when he came he was able to repair the lock in about 20 minutes. I’m very satisfied with the service and surely grateful for Max, thanks again!
